TEHRAN – A senior advisor to the Majlis speaker has censured the U.S. government for supporting terrorist groups and destabilizing the peace talks in Syria.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in a meeting with Danish Deputy Foreign Minister Lone Dencker Wisborg in Tehran on Wednesday, the Young Journalists Club reported.
“The U.S. is neglecting the issue of sustainable security in the Syria peace talks and using terrorism as a tactic,” Amir-Abdollahian said.
